Notice of Opportunity for Hearing and
Invitation to Protest

 Under 24 Pa.C.S. § 6503(e) (relating to certification of institutions), the Department of Education (Department) will consider the application of Frontier Nursing University, based in Hyden, KY, to offer clinical practicum courses in this Commonwealth at the following sites:

 Berks Pediatrics, 555 Raymond Street, Reading, PA 19605

 Brandywine Village Family Medicine, 1229 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335

 Community Health Clinic of Butler County, 103 Bonnie Drive, Butler, PA 16002

 Conemaugh OB/GYN Associates, 30011 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905

 Family Practice Center, 1500 Broad Street, Montoursville, PA 17754

 Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, 300 Halket Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

 Slippery Rock Family Medicine, 1 Morrow Way, Slippery Rock, PA 16057

 In accordance with 24 Pa.C.S. § 6503(e), the Department will act upon this application without a hearing, unless within 30 days after the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin a written request for public hearing is filed with the Department, along with a notice of intervention, a petition to intervene or protest in accordance with 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.23 and 35.24 (relating to protests) or 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.27—35.32 (relating to intervention).

 Petitions to intervene, protests and requests for hearing shall be filed with Dr. Rod Niner, Higher Education Associate, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17126-0333 by 4 p.m. on or before the due date prescribed by this notice. Persons wishing to review the application should call [phone] or write to the previously mentioned office to schedule a time for an in-office review. Duplicate copies of the application are not available.
