[Saturday, April 5, 2008]On March 24, 2008, Aetna Health submitted a filing for the Individual Advantage Plans, requesting an overall aggregate rate increase of 16.8%. The filing will affect approximately 3,740 members and generate additional revenue of $2.7 million annually. An effective date of July 1, 2008, is requested.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 19, 2008, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
