Change in Submission Date for Program Year 2003-04 Federal Even Start Grants for Renewal and New Family Literacy Programs

   Due to a delay in receiving final budget allocations, the submission date for Even Start renewal and new applications to the Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education, Department of Education, has been changed to April 17, 2003 (formerly March 24, 2003, as published at 33 Pa.B. 365 (January 18, 2003).
