Availability of Final General Plan Approval and General Operating Permit for Natural Gas Production Facilities (BAQ-GPA/GP-5) [27 Pa.B. 1697] The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) finalized the General Plan Approval and General Operating Permit No. BAQ-GPA/GP-5 for natural gas production facilities. Notice regarding the availability of the draft general permit was published at 26 Pa.B. 4563 (September 21, 1996).
A 45-day comment period was provided and written comments were received. A comment and response document has been prepared which summarizes the comments made and the changes that were made in the final general permit. The general permit for natural gas production facilities is now available for use by qualifying applicants. Copies of the final general permit BAQ-GPA/GP-5, an application form, and the comment and response document for natural gas production facilities are now available.
