Work-Based Learning Youth Apprenticeship Funding Guidelines; Request for Proposals [27 Pa.B. 1661] The Work-Based Learning Youth Apprenticeship Funding guidelines are available through the Office of School-to-Work Opportunities, Department of Education. These guidelines will provide for funding as many as 12 sites/programs which develop and implement all aspects of the School-to-Work Opportunities Act's work-based learning component.
Proposals may be submitted by area vocational-technical schools and/or school districts in STW local partnerships.
Deadline for proposed submission is on April 21, 1997. Guidelines can be requested by contacting the Office of School-to-Work Opportunities at (717) 772-4177.
