Railroad With Hearing [28 Pa.B. 1692] C-00967740. Department of Transportation v. Consolidated Rail Corporation. A complaint has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of the Public Utility Code. The complainant alleges certain of respondent's at-grade crossings are in poor repair and require maintenance and/or replacement.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, June 9, 1998, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Ground Floor, North Office Building, North Street and Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, PA, when and where all persons in interests may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
