[Saturday, April 30, 2016]Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by Five Springs Farm, LLC, 2300 Rice Road, Lancaster, PA 17603 seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at a parcel adjoining the Lancaster County Club, Lancaster County, adjacent to SR 6023, Section 000, approximately 35.5541 acres for the purpose of growing crops.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Michael Keiser, PE, District Executive, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
