The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; 76,200 cubic yards of grading; 5 pounds of wetland seed mix; and 8.2 acres of seeding. This project issues on April 2, 2010, and bids will be opened on April 29, 2010, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
