STATE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. William F. Dynarski; Doc. No. 0460-56-01 [36 Pa.B. 2086] On January 5, 2006, the State Real Estate Commission (Commission) assessed a $3,000 civil penalty and reprimanded the license for acting in the capacity of a real estate salesperson without possessing a real estate license and being a party to materially false or misleading representation in a writing regarding a real estate transaction in which respondent was acting in a representative capacity in violation of sections 301 and 604(a)(15) of the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (63 P. S. §§ 455.301 and 455.604(a)(15)).

This adjudication and order represents the final Commission decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonweath Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Commission with a copy of the petition for review.
