TURNPIKE COMMISSION Change in Location of the Central Administration Building [31 Pa.B. 2341] The Turnpike Commission's Central Administration Building is returning to Eisenhower Boulevard and Rt. 283, Highspire, PA 17034 (parcel delivery address), and will be open for business on Monday, May 7, 2001. The office location at Kost Road, Carlisle, will be closed on Thursday, May 3, 2001, and Friday, May 4th, 2001.
