   The Draft Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Application for FFY 2002, under 42 U.S.C.A. § 705(a)(5)(F), is available for review and comment on the Department of Health (Department) website. This application is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's request to the United States Department of Health and Human Services for block grant funding.

   The Block Grant Application describing proposed services, program goals and objectives and activities can be obtained on the Department website at: http://www.health.state.pa.us/php/.

   The draft Block Grant Application can also be obtained by contacting the Department's Bureau of Family Health at [phone].
