     On November 20, 2012, Timothy Eugene Gerhart, PE, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, license no. PE037017E, was assessed a civil penalty of $3,000 for practicing on a lapsed license.

     This adjudication and final order represents the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists' (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
