MONROE COUNTY Criminal Court Rule 303--Arraignment [26 Pa.B. 2003] Order And Now, April 4th, 1996, the following Criminal Court Rule 303--Arraignment is adopted to be effective June 1, 1996. Local Criminal Rule VIII heretofore adopted is rescinded effective June 1, 1996.
