DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [27 Pa.B. 2086] The Department of Transportation, under 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The parcel available, consisting of 15,354 square feet, is located in Derry Township, Dauphin County at W. Main Street, Hummelstown and Hershey Park Drive, Derry Township. Minimum price $4,300.
It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future Transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Barry Hoffman, P.E., District Engineer, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103.
