[Saturday, April 25, 2009]The Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) publishes notice of a public hearing to be held Tuesday, May 5, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Hearing Room 4, Plaza Level, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the Weatherization Assistance Program's proposed State Plan to be submitted to the United States Department of Energy for program period 2009-2012, regarding use of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding.
A copy of this plan may be obtained by contacting the Department of Community and Economic Development, Center for Community Empowerment, 4th Floor, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg PA 17120, (717) 787-1984 or it can be downloaded from the Department's web site at www.newpa.com.
