Application of the Peoples Natural Gas Company for all approvals required under the Public Utility Code due to the transfer by merger of all of the stock of its parent company, Consolidated Natural Gas Company, to Dominion Resources, Inc., or a subsidiary thereof, with Dominion Resources, Inc., being the surviving parent company, directly or indirectly of the Peoples Natural Gas Company.

       This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 10, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
