     On April 11, 2011, First Priority Life Insurance Company submitted a rate filing (#1650-FP-25-QHD-S-Rate-8/1/11) to adjust the rates between -1% and -16.7% premium rates for the Qualified High Deductible Comprehensive Major Medical PPO. This will affect approximately 35 members and will not produce additional premium income. The requested effective date of the change is August 1, 2011.

     Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 6, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

     A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on the link ''View Current Rate Filings.''

     A copy of the filing is also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
