[Saturday, April 21, 2007]On March 1, 2007, Stylistic Unisex Hair Salon, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was assessed an additional civil penalty of $500 for a total of $1,000, based on their employing unlicensed barbers and failure to remit previously ordered civil payment.

This adjudication and order represents the final State Board of Barber Examiners (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of your petition for review.
