State Farm Fire & Casualty Company; Private Passenger and Commercial Automobile Rate Filing [26 Pa.B. 1888] On April 4, 1996, the Insurance Department received from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company a filing for a rate level change for Private Passenger and Commercial Automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 5.0% increase, amounting to $6,167,700 annually, to be effective July 1, 1996.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 3, 1996, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
