DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Zero Emission Vehicles Notice [26 Pa.B. 1872] In accordance with 61 Pa. Code § 60.14(b)(3) (relating to zero emission vehicles), the Secretary of Revenue, under the provisions of section 204(47) and (48) of the Tax Reform Code of 1971 (72 P. S. § 7204(47) and (48)), announces that the following comparable vehicle amounts will be used from January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, and codified at 61 Pa. Code § 60.14(d)(3):
(i) Passenger car $19,800 (ii) Passenger truck $15,600 (iii) Passenger van $18,600 These comparable vehicle amounts shall remain in effect until the Department of Revenue publishes a replacement listing of amounts.
