HealthChoices Behavioral Health Services; Request for Proposal

   This is to announce the Department of Public Welfare's release of a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for HealthChoices Behavioral Health Services. Behavioral Health Services will operate as a key component of the Department's Medical Assistance mandatory managed care program in Southeast Pennsylvania, HealthChoices. Copies of the draft RFP are available as of Monday, April 22, 1996, in Room 106, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, and in the County Assistance Offices listed below. The Department will accept written comments through close of business Friday, May 3, 1996. Comments may be sent to the Department of Public Welfare, P. O.
