Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by Grandview Square, LP seeking to lease highway right-of-way located along SR 1001 Segment 460 near 303 East 10th Avenue, Borough of Tarentum, Allegheny County, containing 7,083.66 square feet or 0.16 ± acre for the purpose of customer parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to H.
