[Saturday, April 2, 2011]A hearing has been scheduled, as authorized by Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Law (53 P. S. §§ 881.101—888.413), in connection with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board's (Board) denial of Claimants' requests concerning the indicated accounts.
The hearing will be held before a hearing examiner at the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board, 1010 North 7th Street, Suite 301, Eastgate Center, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
