[Saturday, April 2, 2011]Notice is hereby given that James Steven Weiss having been disbarred by consent from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated April 29, 2010, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on March 17, 2011, disbarring James Steven Weiss from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective April 16, 2011. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
