Title 255--LOCAL COURT RULES CARBON COUNTY Filing Fees in Prothonotary--Data Processing Fee; No. 98-0613 [28 Pa.B. 1834] Administrative Order No. 6-1998 And Now, this 31st day of March, 1998 in order to cover the costs of maintaining, updating, and improving the computerized docketing system in the offices of the Prothonotary, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that effective May 1, 1998, a charge of $10.00 shall be added to the initial filing fee for all civil cases, and judgments. This charge shall be kept separate and distinct from other funds due the County of Carbon and shall be used solely and exclusively for the Court computer system through which said office maintains its computerized services.
