PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT BOARD Hearings Scheduled [29 Pa.B. 2107] A hearing has been scheduled, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Code (53 Pa.C.S. §§ 881.101--881.501) (relating to Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board), in connection with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board's denial of claimant's request concerning the indicated account.
The hearing will be held before a hearing examiner at the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board, 1010 North 7th Street, Suite 301, East Gate Center, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
