MERCER COUNTY Local Rules of Court; No. 1 AD 2016 [46 Pa.B. 1897]
[Saturday, April 16, 2016]And Now, this 31st day of March, 2016, The Court Hereby Approves, Adopts and Promulgates Administrative Order # 1 of 2016 and Administrative Order # 2 of 2016. Said Orders shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, pursuant to Rule 105 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Rule 103 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Procedure.
It is further Ordered and Directed that the Court Administrator of Mercer County shall file one (1) certified copy of this amendment with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and furnish two (2) certified copies to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
It is further Ordered and Directed that these Administrative Orders shall be kept continuously available for public inspection and copying in the Office of the Clerk of Courts of Mercer County. These Administrative Orders shall be published in the Mercer County Law Journal.
