Application of NUI Corporation for all approvals required under the Public Utility Code for the establishment of a holding company structure whereby the holding company will become owner of all of the applicant's outstanding common stock; the holding company name will be changed to NUI Corporation, and the applicant's name will be changed to NUI Utilities, Inc.
