Bluff Recession and Setback Act Determination [30 Pa.B. 2001] On February 29, 2000, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) made a determination that the Bluff Recession and Setback Act (32 P. S. §§ 5201--5215) is not applicable to the bluff area located at the northern end of Waldamere Park, west of Peninsula Drive in Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA. The Department's final agency action is in the form of a letter to Richard L. Morris, P.E., Township Engineer for Millcreek Township. A copy of the letter is available from E.
