[Saturday, April 14, 2012]The Bankers Life and Casualty Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 35% on 714 policyholders with the following individual LTC form: GR-7A1.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 28, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
