INSURANCE DEPARTMENT The AF&L Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for LTC Form LTC-93 [42 Pa.B. 2125]
[Saturday, April 14, 2012]The AF&L Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 30.6% on 439 policyholders with the following individual LTC form: LTC-93.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 28, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
