DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Alle-Kiski Medical Center for Exception [37 Pa.B. 1740]
[Saturday, April 14, 2007]Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Alle-Kiski Medical Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 101.31(7) (relating to hospital requirements).
The request is on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax (717) 772-2163, paexcept@health.state.pa.us.
Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the Division and address listed previously.
Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
