The principal items of work and approximate quantities include 165,790 cubic yards of Grading, 173 cubic yards of Permanent Channel Excavation, 472 square yards of Permanent Channel TRM Lining, 104 linear feet of Pipe Culvert (12") and 11.25 acres of Seeding. This project issues on April 13, 2007, and bids will be opened on May 15, 2007, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal Grant for this project.
