This project issues on April 13, 2007, and bids will be opened on May 15, 2007, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control Act of 1977, and is subject to that law and to the Federal Grant for this project.
