The principal items of work include cleaning out and plugging 20 abandoned and orphan oil wells, estimated to be between 600--1,020 feet in depth, to Department specifications, preparing and restoring well sites and mobilizing and demobilizing plugging equipment. This project issues on April 13, 2007, and bids will be opened on May 17, 2007, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received.
