[Saturday, April 13, 2013]State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 37% on 1,357 policyholders with Long Term Care form 97045PA.1.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 27, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
