[Saturday, April 12, 2014]Notice is hereby given that Donna Maria Barnes a/k/a Donna Barnes Duncan having been disbarred by consent from the practice of law in the District of Columbia by Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals filed October 10, 2013, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on March 24, 2014, disbarring Donna Maria Barnes a/k/a Donna Barnes Duncan from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective April 23, 2014. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
