Application of the Department of Transportation for approval of the alteration of the crossing where State Route 1005 (Eagle Road) crosses above three tracks of Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's Norristown High Speed Line in Haverford Township, Delaware County, and exemption from the minimum overhead and side clearance requirements of 52 Pa.
