Export List of Insurance Coverages; Request For Comments [33 Pa.B. 1903] The Insurance Commissioner published a notice at 33 Pa.B. 947 (February 15, 2003) soliciting comments to the export list published at 32 Pa.B. 2730 (June 1, 2002). Consideration was given to all comments received. The Insurance Commissioner proposes to amend the June 1, 2002, list to add ''medical malpractice liability with or without related general liability coverages,'' ''night club liability'' and ''taxicab liability.''
Persons wishing to comment on the Insurance Commissioner's proposals are invited to submit a written statement within 15 days from the date of this publication. Written statements must include sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement.
