Funding applications must be received by 5 p.m. on the stated cut-off dates at the PENNVEST office, located in the Keystone Building, 22 South Third Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. All meetings of the PENNVEST Board of Directors will begin at 10 a.m. on the stated meeting dates at the Governor's Residence, 2035 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
