DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Solicitation of Bids [27 Pa.B. 1890] Under the provisions of section 2405 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 635), the Department of General Services, State Surplus Property Program is seeking contractors to purchase and remove all Commonwealth tire casings. The tires will be available throughout the Commonwealth at various State Police, Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources locations. The subject tires will include: Passenger, light truck, medium and heavy duty, off-road equipment and farm equipment. Contracts will be awarded by district to the highest bidder.
