The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; clearing and grubbing; dewatering and diversion and care of water; 299,000 cubic yards of grading; 480 cubic yards of ditch excavation; 1,275 square yards of water course and erosion slope protection; 60 square yards of rock lining with filter material; 110 square yards of concrete revetment block; 55 linear feet of twin 10-inch diameter smooth interior corrugated polyethylene pipe and 20.5 acres of seeding. This project issues on April 9, 2010, and bids will be opened on May 6, 2010, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
