   The Borough of Rochester has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES Phase II permit to same for a facility in the Borough of Rochester, Beaver County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.

   The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457 and may be reviewed by interested parties on request during normal business hours.
