Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board Special Meeting Change [43 Pa.B. 1372]
[Saturday, March 9, 2013]The March 21, 2013, meeting of the Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board has been rescheduled. The meeting will now take place on April 23, 2013, at 10 a.m. in Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of the April 23, 2013, meeting is to discuss 25 Pa. Code Chapter 78, Subchapters B and C (relating to permits, transfers and objections; and environmental protection performance standards).
