Burris, III, having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Immigration Courts and the Department of Homeland Security by Orders of the Board of Immigration Appeals dated March 20 and April 25, 2012; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on February 21, 2013, suspending Clarence C. Burris, III, from the Bar of this Commonwealth consistent with the Orders of the Board of Immigration Appeals effective March 23, 2013.
