Solid Waste Advisory Committee; State Solid Waste Plan Subcommittee Meeting [33 Pa.B. 1295] The State Solid Waste Plan Subcommittee of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee will meet on March 13, 2003, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the development of a recycling program plan as required by act of December 9, 2002 (P.L. 1404, No. 175).
