Petition of Frontier Communications of Breezewood, LLC, Frontier Communications of Canton, LLC, Frontier Communications of Lakewood, LLC, Frontier Communications of Oswayo River, LLC and Frontier Communications of Pennsylvania, LLC seeking confirmation that they may use the service price index component of the price cap formula in their Chapter 30 Plans to offset charges in the tax rates as tracked by the State Tax Adjustment Surcharge.

The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) Secretary's Bureau between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the petitioner's business address.
