Keystone Health Plan West, Inc.; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 1405] On February 19, 2004, Keystone Health Plan West submitted filing no. 1-DPHMO-04-KHPW to increase the premium rates for its individual HMO plan. The filing requests a rate increase of about 15.0% of current premium, or an average of $51.03 per contract per month. This will affect about 11,000 contract holders and produce additional annual premium income of about $6.6 million. The requested effective date of the change is July 1, 2004.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
