Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company; Homeowners Insurance Rate and Rule Revision; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 1405] On February 16, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company a filing for a rate level and rule change for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 11.3% decrease amounting to $2.188 million annually, to be effective April 1, 2004, for new business and April 11, 2004, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 16, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
