   A pre-review telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for February 27, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before February 24, 2004. A date for a review shall be determined, if necessary, at the pre-review telephone conference.

   At the pre-review conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss settlement, stipulation, witnesses and the documents anticipated for use at the hearing, estimated time for the review, special evidentiary or legal issues and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter.

   No pre-review memoranda or other written submissions are required for the pre-review conference; however, the parties are encouraged to discus settlement and possible stipulations pending the conference.

   Persons with a disability who wish to attend the administrative hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing should contact Tracey Pontius, Agency Coordinator, [phone].
